QM Version 5 Update Instructions with file download
Downloading is easy and anyone can do it (really). Start below to get ready and print out the Installation Instructions file below for complete step by step, with photos, instructions.
When you do the update, follow these instructions:
- Unplug the USB cord and remove the tablet from the docking station. Updating with your tablet connected at the frame will result in an error. Also make sure that Windows has had an opportunityto install all recent updates before updating QM. If Windows hasn't been updated, installing while Windows is updating will result in an error.
- Make sure WiFi is on and tablet is in WiFi mode
- Open QM in simulation mode
- Look for the "New Notifications" button above the User Manuals button (left side of home screen)
- You will be able to print the Installation Instructions from the pdf that opens. It is the same as the file attached file in this post.
If you have a Pro 24 and Grace customized your ramp-in and ramp-out settings, your customized settings will be preserved and not overridden by the update.
