A note to our Nolting owners:
If you own an older Nolting machine, you are not alone — and you are not being left without guidance.
We know these machines are more than equipment. They’ve been part of your quilting life for years. This page is here to help you understand what support is still available for your machine and what your next steps could be. While some older motors, electronics, and components are no longer made by their original manufacturers, our team is still here to help you identify your machine, explain your options, and point you in the right direction.
If you are unsure what applies to your machine, please call us.
The best place to start is by checking your serial number below. Your serial number is located on the back of your machine on a gold plaque or sticker. Enter it below, and we’ll help guide you to the right next step.

What support status means?
Fully Supported:
Your machine is eligible for parts availability and technical support based on the model/version.
What Support Looks Like for a Non-Serviceable Machine:
For some legacy models and configurations, key parts are no longer available from original manufacturers. In those cases, Nolting may not be able to complete certain repairs or provide certain replacement parts.
That does not mean your machine has no value.
Universal parts such as bobbins, needles, hooks etc. are still available. Model specific parts such as motor and controler.
Technical Support: Due to the inablilatiy on replacing parts listed above. Technical Support is limitted to standard operating procedure help. (Threading, timing, tension, and needle issues) Here are documents that support you in keeping your machine up and operational.
Requires Additional Verification
We Need a Little More Information: We’d like to take a closer look to make sure we guide you correctly. Please give us a call, and a member of the Nolting team will help identify your machine and explain the best next steps. If possible, having your serial number and a few photos ready may help.We are still taking calls and we are happy to help.
