Condition of Return:To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has left our factory.

Non-Returnable Items:
Thread, prewound bobbins, and Zoom Spout oil or precision oil pens cannot be returned.
