Nolting Class Cancellation Policy
We know life happens, and sometimes plans change! Please review our cancellation policy carefully before registering for any class or event.
Student Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date are eligible for a full refund or may be transferred to another class (subject to availability).
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the class date are eligible for a class credit only (no cash refund). This credit can be applied toward another class within 6 months.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable and non-transferable, as instructors and materials are planned in advance.
You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can’t make it — just let us know their name ahead of time.
🧵 Nolting Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to:
• Low enrollment
• Instructor illness
• Inclement weather or unforeseen events
If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class — your choice.
Weather-Related Cancellations
If severe weather makes it unsafe to travel, we will follow local advisories and may cancel or reschedule classes. We will notify you by email and/or phone as soon as a decision is made.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
Transfers & Substitutions
Transfers to another class date must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability. Substitutions are allowed at any time at no extra charge.
Why This Policy Exists
Class sizes are limited and instructors spend significant time preparing materials and machine setups. This policy ensures we can continue to offer high-quality education while being fair to all participants.
